When I Work is a user friendly software to work. I learn it very quickly. It is time saving. Easy way to track employees clock in. Customer support is very quick to connect. I use it on daily basis.

The scheduling area is great! They have an auto-fill and you can create multiple areas and assign each employee to the correct area. They also have amazing customer service!
